My name is Kadeem Thurber, and I am a dedicated and enthusiastic student in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program at Herzing University. I am currently seeking a qualified PMHNP or psychiatrist to serve as my clinical preceptor for the summer rotation, which runs from 7/6/2026 to 8/26/2026

About the Rotation:
Total Clinical Hours Required: 90 hours

Time Commitment: 12 hours per week

University Requirements: My program requires a preceptor who is a licensed PMHNP or psychiatrist and is available to provide direct supervision and feedback.

My university has provided me with all the necessary documentation, such as liability insurance, health screenings, and a comprehensive learning contract. I am a fast learner and committed to being a valuable and professional addition to your team.
